The Series began in July with a presentation from Bill Maurer, "From Cash and Coin to E-Wallets: Challenges for Mobile Money Regulation in Developing World Contexts," and continued in September with a presentation from Bryan Barnett and Maria Stephens titled, "Cloud Computing and Financial Services for The Poor: Promise and Perils of a New Computing Paradigm."
